Voter Accessibility and Assistance

A state agency had updates to voter judge training guidelines and needed to replace a legacy Rise course with Storyline 360. This update provided the opportunity to transform the course into a much more engaging experience and communicate a friendlier tone.

Solutions:
1. Used an animated election judge character to set an approachable tone to introduce and conclude each module.

2. Included interactivity for content and included knowledge checks phrased as mini-scenarios to challenge the learner to apply knowledge and skills.

3. Used collaboration with the client's subject matter team to ensure guideline updates were accurate.
